NORTHUMBRIA UNIVERSITY 2003 - 2006

BA HONS in MULTIMEDIA DESIGN
I was accepted into Northumbria University in 2003 after leaving college with a distinction grade national diploma. The course at Northumbria looked at a wide range of media, including DVD, Interactive Television and Mobile Phone technology. The course involved structuring workload into sections, from research to final production, with deadlines for each. The course also required presentations and explanations of ideas and concepts. Due to the course being based around alternative and new thinking there was a constant need for problem solving. The course also required technical skills using computer software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, Director, 3D Studio Max, After Effects, Image Ready, Fireworks, DVD Studio Pro, iMove, Acid, Premier and Microsoft Word and saw work done on both Mac and PC.
